Terms of Service

Effective: November 3, 2026. This is a template – have it reviewed by a lawyer before commercial use.

1. The service

BrunoPoints (brunopoints.com) is operated by Bethlen Ádám. It measures how brands appear in answers of third-party AI assistants and provides reports. Results are statistical estimates based on the providers' APIs and are not guaranteed to match what an individual user sees.

2. Accounts and trial

You must provide accurate details and keep your password secure. The free trial lasts 14 days; after it ends, runs are paused until you choose a paid plan. One trial per company.

3. Plans, credits and payment

Beta: the service is currently free. Before paid plans start we will notify you, and nothing is charged without your explicit order.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance as described on the Pricing page; unused credits do not roll over. Prices exclude VAT. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may only track brands you own or are authorised to represent, and only connect Google Search Console properties you have access to. You must not use the service to send unlawful or abusive content to AI providers, or to overload the service.

5. Third-party services

The service relies on OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity. Their availability, pricing and outputs are outside our control. We may change the AI models used to keep the service working.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made based on the reports.

7. Data

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your results (CSV, PDF) and request deletion of your account at any time.

8. Governing law
