A sample monthly report

This is the report a fictional furniture webshop, Hommo, receives at the end of the month. Every section is generated from the measurements; the summary and actions are written by AI from the same numbers.

First page of the report with KPIs

1. Executive summary

Four to six sentences for management: the key number and its change, the strongest competitor, the biggest opportunity and the biggest risk. It only uses numbers that are in the data.

2. Recommended actions

Concrete tasks, sorted by priority and labelled by area: content, SEO, PR, accuracy, technical. Each one names the topic, the page or the source it is about, so it can go straight into your task list.

3. Google vs. AI by topic

Each topic is placed in a matrix using Search Console data and the AI mention rate. Topics that are strong on Google but weak in AI are the fastest wins: the content exists, the assistants just don't use it.

In the demo, Search Console is not connected, so the Google columns are empty.

4. What AI says about you

Sentiment per assistant, the strengths and weaknesses the answers repeat, how you are positioned against competitors, and claims that contradict your own website.

5. Source opportunities

Websites the assistants often cite where answers leave you out. Getting an article, a listing or updated data on these sites is one of the most direct ways to be mentioned more.

With Search Console connected, the report also includes Google clicks and impressions for both periods, branded vs. non-branded traffic, an AI Overview impact estimate, and your own pages compared with the pages AI cites.
